Export all data for backup#115

Hi, I hope that as a paying user, I can have some control over my own data as much as possible.

I want to be able to export all the data under my account, just like using Notion. I think this is very important for the security of the user’s personal data.

The specific use case is that I will regularly backup my data to NAS and other hard drives.

I agree with this … time invested working in scrintal needs to be secured by export function. Ideally in MD format so that it is if necessary portable. (If users know they can if necessary take their data and still use it elsewhere I think they will feel that much more at ease about using Scrintal - I use at least one app where although I can take a backup the data is difficult to do anything with - which makes me nervous sometimes)
Exports should include attachments
