When you rename the title of a card the link text isn't updated#177

If you link to a card from a card, e.g.
Card A = “First Card”
Carb B = “Second Card”

When you create the link to Card B from Card A, you can use the syntax:
+Second Card

This links to Card B from Card A.

If you then at a later point in time, rename the title of Card B, e.g.
to: “Second Card Renamed”

The link text isn’t updated on Card A, so although the link still works, the text still reads:
“Second Card”.

I think it would be better if the link text got updated when you rename a card.
