Allow links/arrows to cards inside columns/tables and to tables/columns themselves#468

When I place a card inside a table, it’s arrows are not displayed anymore. I also can’t create new arrows to it.

I’d like to use columns as a way to group related cards but this really prevents me from doing so.

I miss this feature from Milanote.
